Social Media Management and Influencer Marketing for TIMIO
For over three years, we managed the social media presence for the educational toy TIMIO and launched an influencer program that grew the Instagram account by 35,000 followers.
The Challenge
At the end of their successful crowdfunding period, we were tasked with expanding the TIMIO brand through devising a social media content and influencer strategy that would capture the awareness and resonate with the target audience.
As the first product of its kind - with no current equivalent on the market - we were faced with the challenge of both educating the market of the new product and differentiating the brand from other toy companies.
Our Solution
We first developed a content strategy around the core pillars and USPs of the brand that we wanted to communicate to the audience.
Through collaborating with key influencers across the US and Europe, we built an engaged following of parents around the world whilst getting high-quality user-generated content that we could repurpose on TIMIO's feed. To instil confidence and trust in the new brand, we regularly featured reviews and user-generated content on the Instagram feed and Stories.
The Results
Over a period of 3 years, we grew the TIMIO social platforms by
+ 35,000 Instagram followers
+ 6,000 Facebook followers
Without spending any budget and working on a gifted-basis only, we managed
+ 650 influencer posts
