Social Media Management for Punch Bowl Social

Balans Social managed the day-to-day posting, scheduling, and comment monitoring for Punch Bowl Social's Instagram page. We also coordinated influencer visits across all US locations and launched a new Instagram page for The Agave Room - a new venture nestled within Punch Bowl's Rancho Cucamonga location.

The Challenge

Before partnering with Balans Social, the brand struggled with managing 15 individual accounts for each of its locations, alongside a central main page. Several of these accounts exhibited repetitive content, and some had remained inactive for years. Our mission was to devise a unified organic social strategy for Punch Bowl Social, aiming to elevate brand awareness among their target audience.

Additionally, Balans Social took on the responsibility of crafting the organic social strategy and producing branded content for The Agave Room, a new venture nestled within Punch Bowl's Rancho Cucamonga location — a distinctive tequila bar.

Our Solution

Initially, we streamlined the brand's online presence by merging all 15 accounts into a single, cohesive main Instagram page. This strategic move aimed to minimize repetitive content and establish a more robust brand identity. Our focus shifted to consistently posting exclusively on the main page, effectively channeling all Instagram traffic toward this centralized hub.

For The Agave Room, we curated a distinctive Instagram page by blending images of their Mexican-inspired culinary creations and beverages with vintage-style photography shots. Beyond regular feed posts three times a week, we enriched the page with engaging interactive stories, featuring quizzes about Agave to captivate the audience.

In support of The Agave Room's grand opening, we strategically partnered with influential figures in the California food scene. Given The Agave Room's status as a new brand, leveraging influencer collaborations became pivotal in establishing authenticity and trust within the local community.

We also enlisted influencers to boost the promotion of unique events across various Punch Bowl Social venues, notably the recurring Drag Show Brunch at the Arlington location. They featured the event on their Instagram pages before and after attending, expanding the reach and impact of the special occasion.

The Results

In addition to boosting follower growth for Punch Bowl Social and The Agave Room Instagram pages, our influencer collaborations played a crucial role in fostering excitement for The Agave Room and significantly contributing to the substantial increase in ticket sales for Punch Bowl Social events.
