Paid Social Management for Climb Online

We devised a full-funnel paid ads strategy on Meta to acquire new subscribers to the UK's leading beauty subscription company.

The Challenge

We worked alongside digital agency Climb Online to support one of their biggest clients with their paid social campaign management and reporting.

Their client, one of the UK's fastest-growing skincare and beauty brands, was looking to triple their ad spend on the Meta platforms to rapidly increase the number of subscribers ahead of their next investment round.

Our Solution

Together with their in-house marketing team, we devised a full-funnel strategy heavily focused on acquiring new users across the UK by offering a free trial. At the same time, we ran retargeting campaigns for lapsed members to maximise the number of subscribers.

To ensure we spent the increased budget in the most cost-effective way, we ran weekly A/B tests to discover the best ad creatives for our audiences. With the results from the A/B tests, we would feed back to the in-house design team to improve the ads for the next campaign phase.

The Results

Over a 3-month period we spent £1.5 million reaching over 12 million females in the UK

The ads generated over 1 million website clicks resulting in 8,000 new subscribers and 11,000 total website purchases
